What kind of websites can you host?

Business websites built on WordPress, PHP or plain HTML, including real estate project websites, microsites, online stores and restaurant or hotel websites. For apps or several websites, we give you a separate quote.

Can I run an online store on this plan?

Yes. Ecommerce is available on the plan, so you can sell products, take bookings or accept payments on your website.

How much storage do I get?

10 GB of SSD storage, which is enough for most business and project websites, including images, brochures and the database.

How do backups work?

A full backup of your website is taken every week, free of cost. If something breaks, tell us and we restore the version you need.

What support do I get?

Priority 24/7 expert support for anything related to your hosting. For changes to the website itself, our team works Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM.

Is an SSL certificate included?

Yes. We set up SSL on your website as part of the hosting. If your website is hosted somewhere else and needs SSL, see our SSL certificate service at ₹3,599/- a year plus 18% GST.

Does hosting include website maintenance?

No. Hosting keeps the server fast, safe and online. Website maintenance covers plugin and theme updates, content changes and lead-flow checks, from ₹23,999/- a month plus 18% GST.

What happens after one year?

We remind you 30 days before your plan ends. You can renew for another year at the price on this page at that time.

Do I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Add your GSTIN and company name at checkout and we email a GST tax invoice within 2 working days.
