Refund Policy — LemonTalks Refund policy

We want every engagement to be clear from day one. This policy explains when fees are refundable and how refunds are handled.

Scope

This policy applies to fees paid to LemonTalks Media & Entertainment Pvt Ltd for branding, design, website, content and marketing services. Any specific terms in your signed proposal or agreement take precedence.

Advance & retainer fees

Advance payments reserve team time and start the project. Once work has started, the advance is non-refundable. Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance and are not refundable for a month that has already begun.

Media & ad spend

Money paid to advertising platforms (such as Meta or Google) is paid to those platforms and cannot be refunded by LemonTalks. Any unspent media balance held by us will be returned or adjusted against future invoices.

Third-party costs

Costs paid on your behalf to third parties, such as printing, stock images, domains, hosting, software licences or production vendors, are non-refundable once committed.

Cancellation

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with 30 days’ written notice, unless the agreement says otherwise. Fees for work completed up to the end of the notice period are payable.

When a refund applies

If we are unable to start the agreed work for reasons on our side, or if an amount was paid twice by mistake, we will refund the relevant amount in full.

How refunds are processed

Write to hello@lemontalks.com with your invoice number. Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
