These terms explain the rules for using the LemonTalks® website.

Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access to it, or copy it for commercial use.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and code, belongs to LemonTalks Media & Entertainment Pvt Ltd or its licensors. LemonTalks® is a registered trademark of LemonTalks Media & Entertainment Pvt Ltd and may not be used without written permission. Concept work shown is for illustration and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Our services

Most information on this website describes our services in general terms and is not an offer. The scope, fees, timelines and deliverables of a custom engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.

Some packages can be bought online with a “Pay now” button (for example Starter packages, SSL certificates and web hosting). For these, the price, inclusions and timeline shown on the package at the time of payment, together with these terms and our refund policy, form the agreement between you and LemonTalks Media & Entertainment Pvt Ltd.

Online payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is added at checkout and shown before you pay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. After a successful payment you receive a receipt by email, and we email a GST tax invoice within 2 working days. If you add your GSTIN and company name at checkout, they are shown on the invoice.

When you pay an invoice or quote on the Pay online page, the amount you enter should match the invoice or quote, including GST. If you pay a wrong amount, write to us and we will adjust it against your invoice or refund the difference.

Delivery of services

All our services are delivered digitally or in person. Nothing is shipped. Work starts after the payment is confirmed and we have the information and access we need from you (for example hosting or domain access). Typical timelines are shown on each package, for example 1 to 2 working days for an SSL certificate and 2 to 3 working days for web hosting setup. Our team contacts you within 1 working day of payment. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, LemonTalks® is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
