Questions we hear.

How much does real estate website maintenance cost?

Essential Care starts at ₹23,999 a month, Growth Care at ₹39,999 and Priority Care at ₹74,999, plus GST. Minimum 3 months for Essential and Growth, 6 months for Priority.

What counts as a content update?

Anything small: a price or floor-plan change, a new banner, an offer, a gallery image, a possession date, a new brochure link or a team update. Essential Care includes 4 a month, Growth Care 12.

Is hosting and domain included?

No. You keep your own hosting and domain, and we work on it. If you need hosting, we will recommend the right plan and set it up, billed separately at cost.

Do you maintain websites you did not build?

Yes. We start with a health check of the site, fix what is broken, and then take over monthly care. If the site is very old or unsafe, we will tell you honestly whether a rebuild makes more sense.

What if the site goes down?

Uptime is monitored every 5 minutes and we are alerted automatically. We start work as soon as we are alerted during working hours, and restore from backup where needed.

Can you update RERA details and disclaimers?

Yes. Growth Care and Priority Care include a monthly check of RERA numbers, disclaimers, possession dates and artist-impression labels on every project page.

What is your support response time?

Essential Care: 1 working day. Growth Care: 4 working hours. Priority Care: 2 working hours. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM.
