A LemonTalks® project runs in seven steps: brief, discovery call, a written proposal within 48 hours, kickoff, build with weekly updates, launch, and monthly reporting. One-time projects start with a 50% advance; retainers are billed monthly.

You fill our project brief in about 8 minutes. We read it the same day.

Discovery call Day 1–2
30 minutes to understand the business, the goal, the budget and the timeline.

Proposal Day 3–4
Scope, deliverables, timeline and cost, written for your project, within 48 hours of the call.

Kickoff Week 1
A workshop with your team, access to what we need, and a shared plan with dates.

Build Weeks 2–10
Strategy, design, development and content, with weekly updates and milestone reviews.

Final checks, go-live, and tracking tested with real enquiries.

Questions we hear.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within a week of the proposal being signed and the advance received. Starter packages can often begin in 2–3 working days.
How will we know what is happening?
You get one point of contact, a shared project tracker and a weekly update, plus review calls at each milestone.
How many revisions are included?
Each package lists its revision rounds. Identity Essentials, for example, includes 3 rounds on the logo. Extra rounds are quoted before we do them.
What do you need from us?
A clear brief, one decision-maker for approvals, and timely feedback, usually within 2–3 working days of each review.
How do payments work?
One-time projects: 50% to start and the rest across agreed milestones. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. GST extra.
