Channel partner marketing: how developers can help CPs sell more
For many developers, channel partners (CPs) bring in a large share of bookings. Yet most CPs get a brochure, a price sheet and a WhatsApp group. Give them better tools and they sell faster, and stay on brand.
The problems you can prevent
- Off-brand creatives made in a hurry, with the wrong logo, old prices or missing RERA details.
- Conflicting messages about offers, payment plans and possession.
- Competing ad spend, with several partners bidding on the same project keywords.
- Lead disputes over who brought a buyer first.
Build a proper CP kit
- A short brand guide: logo files, colours and the dos and don’ts.
- Approved creatives in every format: feed, story, WhatsApp and print.
- Project deck, floor plans and a price sheet with a clear validity date.
- A walkthrough video and location map they can forward.
- FAQs and answers to common objections.
Brief them like your own sales team
Hold a launch briefing with a site visit, then short monthly updates on inventory, offers and construction progress. Partners who understand the product explain it better, and buyers can tell.
A partner who can explain the project in one sentence will sell it more often.
Set clear digital rules
- Decide whether partners may bid on the project and brand name on Google, and write it down.
- Require the RERA number and agent registration on every partner ad.
- Share an approved landing page template instead of letting everyone build their own.
Make lead ownership transparent
Use a CRM or CP portal where partners register leads, with a clear ownership window. It removes most disputes and shows you which partners actually bring site visits and bookings.
Measure and reward
Track leads, site visits and bookings per partner. Recognise the best performers with faster payouts, early access to new inventory or co-marketing budgets.
We create CP kits and briefing material as part of our launch campaigns and real estate branding work.
