REBUILDING THE
DIGITAL LEGACY
OF KARYAN.
Karyan Group has been building commercial, warehousing, and residential projects across 13 Indian cities for over 15 years. Their digital presence didn't reflect that scale. We changed that — with a complete website rebuild that matches the ambition of the brand.
THE CLIENT &
THE BRIEF.
Karyan Group is a multi-sector real estate developer headquartered in Noida, with a portfolio spanning commercial developments, warehousing solutions, and residential projects across 13 cities in India. Their name is derived from the Sanskrit word 'Karya' — meaning to act, to perform, to build. It's a philosophy that runs through everything they do.
With projects like Avenue IV (a large-format commercial hub in Wave City), Karyan Square (a mixed-use retail and entertainment destination), and Streetwalk (a retail and office complex in Wave City), Karyan had built an impressive portfolio — but their digital presence was fragmented and failing to communicate the scale of that legacy.
Karyan approached LemonTalks with a clear mandate: build a new website on WordPress that reflects 15+ years of excellence, serves three distinct buyer audiences simultaneously, and converts visitors into qualified enquiries — for commercial buyers, warehousing clients, and residential home seekers alike.
AMBITIOUS AS
KARYAN ITSELF.
We built karyan.in from the ground up — a full WordPress + Elementor website with smooth animations, a clear three-sector navigation architecture, dedicated project pages, and a frictionless contact experience that converts visitors into leads without friction.
The design direction was bold, dark, and authoritative — reflecting Karyan's philosophy of purposeful action. Heavy typography, generous whitespace, and cinematic scroll animations communicate a developer that builds at scale and takes quality seriously.
BUILT FOR THREE
AUDIENCES,
ZERO CONFUSION.
The biggest design challenge with Karyan was architecture, not aesthetics. A warehousing client and a residential home buyer are completely different people — landing them on the same page with the same message guarantees a bounce.
We solved this through a clear sector-first navigation — the moment a visitor lands, they can immediately route themselves to their relevant world: Commercial, Warehousing, or Residential. Each sector has its own dedicated page, tone, and CTA — keeping every buyer in a journey that feels built specifically for them.
PROJECTS, ONE PLATFORM.
NEW SITE
DELIVERED.
A great real estate website isn't measured in design awards. It's measured in time-on-site, enquiry volume, and the quality of leads that reach the sales team. Here's what karyan.in delivered in the first 30 days.
We needed a website that could speak to three completely different kinds of buyers — commercial investors, warehousing clients, and home buyers — without confusing any of them. LemonTalks built exactly that. The new karyan.in feels like us: serious, ambitious, and built to last.
TAUGHT US.
Multi-sector real estate brands are some of the most complex website briefs in the industry. Here's what building karyan.in reinforced about real estate digital strategy.
SHOULD DO
MORE.
What we built for Karyan — a premium, multi-sector real estate website that serves three buyer audiences, communicates 15 years of legacy, and converts visitors into qualified enquiries — we can build for your real estate brand. Commercial developer, residential builder, or mixed-use township — the principles are the same.
