We're looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager who can identify, pitch, and close real estate developer clients across India and the UAE. You understand performance marketing, speak the developer's language, and know how to build long-term agency relationships.
- Identify and qualify real estate developer leads across NCR, Mumbai, and UAE markets through cold outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events.
- Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed proposal — with a monthly revenue target and a defined pipeline velocity.
- Prepare and present customised performance marketing proposals with CPL benchmarks, channel strategy, and budget recommendations for each client.
- Build and maintain a healthy CRM pipeline with accurate stage tagging, follow-up cadences, and deal progress reporting.
- Collaborate with the delivery team during onboarding to ensure client expectations are set correctly and the first 30 days run smoothly.
- Track market activity — competitor agency wins, developer project launches, funding news — and use it to time outreach strategically.
- Achieve a minimum monthly new business revenue target as agreed in the OKR cycle, with quarterly review against annual growth plan.
You'll own Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for our real estate developer clients — from strategy and setup to weekly optimisation and CPL accountability. You think in funnels, obsess over lead quality, and know exactly why a campaign's CPL spiked last Tuesday.
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Call Ads) and Meta Ads (Lead Forms, Reels, Retargeting) campaigns across a portfolio of 8–12 real estate developer clients simultaneously.
- Maintain and improve average CPL within agreed benchmarks per client — ₹180 India / AED 280 UAE — with weekly optimisation reviews and documented rationale for every change.
- Build and maintain negative keyword lists, audience structures, and RLSA configurations that prevent budget wastage and improve lead quality over time.
- Set up and maintain complete conversion tracking for each client — GA4, call tracking, form tracking, and Meta Pixel — ensuring every lead is attributed to its source, campaign, and keyword.
- Write and A/B test ad copy, headlines, and CTAs for both Google RSAs and Meta creatives — reporting CTR and conversion impact of each test within 2 weeks of launch.
- Deliver weekly client-facing performance reports with plain-language insights, not just data — explaining what changed, why it changed, and what we're doing about it.
- Identify campaign scaling opportunities and present a structured scaling plan when CPL is consistently below target for 3 consecutive weeks.
You design and develop high-converting websites and landing pages for real estate developers — combining sharp visual design with technical WordPress/Elementor implementation. You understand that a landing page is not a brochure; it's a conversion machine.
- Design and develop WordPress + Elementor websites and campaign landing pages for real estate developer clients — from wireframe to live — with an average delivery time under 21 days per project.
- Own Core Web Vitals performance for all client sites — maintaining LCP under 2.5s, CLS under 0.1, and FID under 100ms — with monthly audits and documented fixes.
- Build reusable component libraries in Elementor — header, footer, hero, form, FAQ, stats — that allow new landing pages to be deployed in under 3 hours.
- Conduct conversion rate optimisation (CRO) audits on existing landing pages — identifying friction points, form drop-off issues, and mobile UX failures — and implementing A/B tests tracked in GA4.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to ensure every landing page matches the ad's keyword intent, price point, and CTA — with a dedicated URL per campaign.
- Maintain all client websites under AMC contracts — plugin updates, speed audits, security patches, and uptime monitoring — with a maximum 4-hour response time for critical issues.
- Deliver mobile-first, pixel-perfect designs that render correctly across Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on both desktop and mobile — with zero layout breaks at 375px and 1440px breakpoints.
You manage organic social media presence for real estate developer brands — Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube — building credibility, trust, and awareness that makes paid campaigns convert better. You understand the real estate buyer's journey and create content that moves people through it.
- Manage organic social calendars for 5–8 real estate developer clients — creating and scheduling 15–20 posts per month per client across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook with brand-consistent visual and copy guidelines.
- Grow Instagram follower base for each client account by a minimum of 8% month-on-month through strategic content, hashtag research, and engagement management.
- Brief the video and design team on content requirements with complete creative direction documents — platform, format, hook, script outline, visual reference, and CTA — at least 7 days before shoot/production.
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and reviews across all client social channels within 2 hours during business hours — escalating sales enquiries to the client's CRM immediately.
- Track and report monthly social media analytics per client — reach, impressions, engagement rate, profile visits, and link clicks — with commentary on what performed, what didn't, and the plan for next month.
- Identify trending real estate content formats — project walk-throughs, testimonial reels, investment angle posts, neighbourhood guides — and adapt them for each client's audience and market positioning.
- Coordinate with the performance marketing team to ensure organic content is aligned with paid campaign messaging — same project, same USPs, same offer — for a consistent buyer experience across touchpoints.
You edit high-quality video content for real estate developer clients — project walkthroughs, testimonial films, Instagram Reels, YouTube ads, and property showcase videos. You understand pacing, visual hierarchy, and how to make a real estate project look like a life upgrade.
- Edit and deliver 20–30 video assets per month across all formats — Reels (15–60s vertical), YouTube ads (30–90s), project walkthroughs (2–4 mins), and testimonial cuts — with a 48-hour turnaround for standard Reels and 5-day turnaround for long-form content.
- Maintain a consistent visual language for each real estate client — color grading, motion graphic style, font usage, and music tone — documented in a per-client style guide updated after every major project.
- Add motion graphics, lower thirds, price/configuration callouts, and branded end cards to all property videos — matching each developer's brand identity and campaign messaging.
- Optimise all exports for platform specifications — 9:16 for Instagram/YouTube Shorts, 16:9 for YouTube, 4:5 for Facebook feed — with correct bitrate, resolution, and file size for each platform.
- Manage the raw footage library — organise project-wise with consistent naming conventions — so any team member can locate any asset within 2 minutes without asking.
- Collaborate with the social media and performance marketing teams to receive briefs and deliver assets that match the campaign's creative direction, hook structure, and conversion CTA.
- Stay current with real estate video trends — aerial drone edits, lifestyle storytelling, before/after reveals, price reveal hooks — and proactively propose new formats to the social media team monthly.
You own organic search rankings for real estate developer clients in NCR and UAE markets — building the keyword architecture, content strategy, and backlink profile that puts client websites on Page 1 for high-intent buyer searches. You think in micro-markets, not just city-level keywords.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research for each client — identifying sector-level, configuration-level, and intent-level buyer search terms (e.g. "3BHK Sector 150 Noida under ₹1.2Cr") — and mapping them to a content calendar and landing page plan within the first 2 weeks of onboarding.
- Achieve first Page 1 Google rankings for at least 3 target keywords per client within 90 days of engagement start — tracked weekly in a shared keyword ranking dashboard.
- Write or brief SEO-optimised landing pages for each NCR and UAE micro-market — with correct title tags, meta descriptions, H1/H2 structure, schema markup, and internal linking — publishing a minimum of 4 pages per client per month.
- Conduct monthly technical SEO audits for all client websites — Core Web Vitals, crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, canonical issues, and sitemap status — with a documented fix log and resolution timeline.
- Build a white-hat backlink profile for each client through real estate publication outreach, local NCR business directories, and content-led link earning — adding a minimum of 5 qualified backlinks per client per month.
- Optimise and maintain Google Business Profiles for all clients — photos, posts, Q&A, review responses, and NAP consistency — targeting Map Pack visibility for local real estate searches in each client's operating area.
- Deliver monthly SEO reports per client — keyword movement, organic traffic change, new backlinks, technical fixes completed, and a plain-language commentary on what's driving results and what needs attention next month.
